The Meridian Club is proud to introduce Chef Carlos Andrés Meléndez as our Executive Chef. Originally from Costa Rica, Chef Meléndez prides himself on reimagining diverse culinary traditions and creating dishes that highlight signature tropical exuberance and life-embracing culture.
