Getting to Pine Cay
There are many ways to fly to the Turks & Caicos from the USA, Canada, and Europe, though we also get visitors from further afar. We have provided some basic information below regarding the scheduled airlines and private air options.
Upon arrival at the international airport, you will be collected by taxi and taken to the marina. Our private boat should be waiting for you, ready to take you to Pine Cay. The taxi and boat ride are each about twenty minutes and both are included in your rates.
Complimentary return airport transfer to Blue Haven Marina, and return transfer to Pine Cay Marina via private boat are included for all guests staying at The Meridian Club.
To the Turks & Caicos
The Turks and Caicos Immigration Service requires
(1) A valid passport, AND
(2) your return ticket or proof of return ticket which may be in the form of a copy of your itinerary (for e-tickets).
You will fly into Providenciales International Airport (airport code PLS), located on Providenciales (commonly known as “Provo”), the most populous island in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
To Providenciales from the U.S.
There are non-stop flights to Providenciales, subject to seasonal variation, from Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Philadelphia. The airlines servicing Provo include American Airlines, Delta, JetBlue, and United as schedules vary depending upon demand we recommend you contact the airlines directly for the most up to date information.

There are non-stop flights to Providenciales, subject to seasonal variation, from Montreal and Toronto via Air Canada, Air Transat and WestJet. Again as schedules vary depending upon demand we recommend you contact these airlines directly for the most up to date information.

Air France: Daily flights from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport to JFK, then connect to AA or Jet Blue to PLS
Alitalia: Daily flights from Rome connecting to Providenciales via American Airlines
American Airlines: Daily flights from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle CDG to Miami, then connection with AA to PLS
British Airways: Flights out of London-Heathrow weekly via Antigua. There are also twice weekly flights from London Gatwick airport on Thursday and Sunday via Antigua
JetBlue flies from JFK, New York non-stop
SwissAir: Daily flights from Zurich through Miami via United
To Providenciales from the Caribbean
Bahamas Air: Direct from Nassau several times a week. interCaribbean Airways (a Turks and Caicos carrier): Flights from Nassau (Bahamas), Puerto Plata (Dom.Rep.), Kingston (Jamaica) and Cap Haitian (Haiti) several times per week

Important Scheduling Note
Please try to schedule a flight arriving into Provo no later than 5 PM in the spring, summer or fall and 4 PM in the winter. Also, please schedule a departing flight leaving Provo no earlier than 9 AM. This is necessary to permit daylight transfers to and from Pine Cay, thus avoiding overnight stays on Provo. Should it prove impossible to meet this schedule, we will be happy to arrange accommodations for you at one of the hotels on Provo at a discounted rate.
