Maggie’s personal yoga journey began while attending a class held at her local high school.  She started using a breath technique that allowed her center her mind. The mind/body connection brought peace to an external chaos.   She loves to share this experience with others.   She began her formal training in 2001,  studying  under  her  yoga  guru  Pat  Bruno  for  the  past  13  years. Pat,  also  known  as  Swami Padmananda,  has  practice  and  studied  since  1978.  Following  the  traditional  classic  training  from Swami  Padmananda,  Maggie  offers  a  very  specialized  yoga  that  is  suitable  for  all  ages  and  ability levels.

Maggie has studied yoga for wellness with certifications in these areas: Oncology • Arthritis & Fibromyalgia • Asthma • Multiple Sclerosis • Back Care • Yoga For Your Heart • Pre/Postpartum Yoga
